LAUGHTER BOOST UP FOR GRABS!

Get your laughing gear around a can of Boost

As part of its Choose Now campaign, Boost Drinks is sponsoring the Victoria Square comedy night which is happening on the 29 November at an exclusive venue within the shopping centre. Top comedians including Paddy Raff, Mickey Bartlett, plus special guests, will have everyone howling with laughter.

The intimate, not-to-be-missed comedy gig is for 100 people only and Love Belfast has managed to get their hands on two pairs of tickets, courtesy of Boost Drinks, to give away as prizes!

Francine Matthews, Brand Manager, Boost Drinks, said: “Let’s be honest, who doesn’t need a good laugh right now! Our comedy night is the perfect occasion to get together with friends just before the busy Christmas period kicks off and watch some top talent do their utmost to make us all chuckle.”

Boost Drinks launched their Choose Now campaign – which encourages people to fulfil their passions and live their lives to the fullest – earlier this year, targeting students and in particular encouraging them to take more time for some self-care.

Francine said: “Students can sometimes lead a hectic life, so we wanted to encourage them to take time out for themselves. The Boost comedy night at Victoria Square is the perfect way to have some fun and blow off some steam. We also plan to help a student tackle the energy crisis by giving away £500 and with the addition of life coaching sessions, someone will be laughing louder than most on the night. Boost’s roving reporter, Evanna Maxted, will be at the comedy gig on November 29 to choose a winner so keep an eye out for her.”

Boost was established in 2001 after founder (and MD) Simon Gray saw the opportunity to offer consumers a great quality energy drink at a fraction of the price of other brands at that time.

Two years later Boost, alongside Hardy Distribution, brought the brand to the local market, making the brand 20 years old in NI next year. Boost Drinks now owns the province’s top selling soft drink within the local independent convenience channel1.

Boost offers Energy, Sport and Iced Coffee products in various pack formats.
