A new boutique accommodation offering in Belfast is poised for opening and, like most local hospitality businesses, is hopeful dates will be outlined by the Executive this week.
‘The Number 11’ is a historic Victorian townhouse situated on the popular Malone Road area of Belfast just opposite the iconic Queen’s University Computer Science Building. The new accommodation has been sympathetically renovated to retain many original features of this heritage building but with a stylish modern feel.
This new hotel concept includes twelve bedrooms with contemporary en-suite shower room, bright lounge area and unique self- service tea room, giving visitors a home away from home experience and more personal touch.
This is the first investment in Belfast for UK based hospitality company The Warren Collection who specialise in the provision of luxury accommodation. The company has already outlined ambitious plans to open 6 further locations in the next 12 months including another in Belfast, Dublin, Edinburgh and Dubai.
