The Warren Collection, a leading provider of Hotels and Serviced Accommodation, is pleased to announce its expansion into Newcastle Upon Tyne. Building on the success of its operations in Belfast and Malta, the company has added a new location in the bustling Jesmond area of Newcastle, offering high-quality serviced apartments for both short-term city breaks and long-term relocations.
Founded in 2021, The Warren Collection now operates a portfolio of properties across Belfast, Malta, and Newcastle. The new Jesmond property offers a range of one- and two-bedroom apartments, ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The prime location, 5 min from city centre provides easy access to Newcastle’s vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment options, making it a perfect choice for visitors seeking convenience and comfort.
Mark Docherty, Commercial Director of The Warren Collection, shared his excitement about the new addition to the company’s growing portfolio:
“Expanding into Newcastle was a natural step for us. The city offers a dynamic mix of business and leisure opportunities, and Jesmond’s prime location will ensure our clients are centrally located and well-connected to everything Newcastle has to offer. We look forward to welcoming guests, whether they’re in town for a short stay or on a longer-term relocation.”
Docherty brings extensive knowledge and experience of the Newcastle area, enhancing the company’s ability to cater to the unique needs of corporate clients, especially those in the medical profession, who will benefit from Jesmond’s proximity to key institutions and transportation links.
The Warren Collection’s continued growth reinforces its commitment to providing flexible, premium accommodation solutions in key urban locations. With its fully-equipped apartments and client-centric services, the company is set to become a trusted choice for travelers in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
