Tayto Craft artisan range

Northern Ireland’s favourite crisp and snack producer, Tayto, has unveiled its new artisan Craft range with four core locally-inspired flavours, in addition to a limited edition Salt Aged Ham Hock variety.

Elly Hunter, marketing director of Tayto, explains:  “We are delighted to launch our artisan Tayto Craft range, which are crunchier, hand-cooked crisps in bold, bespoke flavours that blend the very best taste sensations that Northern Ireland has to offer.

“We carried out extensive consumer research to update our range of hand cooked crisps and there really is something for everyone on the Tayto Craft menu.  Varieties include Causeway Sea Salt and Malt Vinegar, Sweet Chilli and Roasted Red Pepper, Vintage Irish Cheddar and Onion and Dry Aged Irish Beef and Peppercorn, as well as the special edition, mouth-watering Salt Aged Ham Hock pack.

“The range has been hand crafted in Tandragee using the finest quality potatoes and local ingredients to delight those who enjoy strong, top-of-the-range, punchy flavours and a thicker crisp, which is cooked by hand for longer than traditional varieties to give it its distinctive crunch.

“The majority of the Tayto Craft range is gluten free and is something a little special that people can enjoy sharing with a loved one or, as it is also available in 40g bags, as an everyday luxury.”

A revamp of Tayto’s popular Hand Cooked range, the Tayto Craft range is available now in supermarkets and convenience stores across Northern Ireland in sharing bag and impulse pack options.
