Joining Shane on the road, multi-platinum Australian artist Guy Sebastian will make his UK & Ireland tour debut off the back of the release of his 10th studio album Conscious.
Australia’s first ever Idol winner in 2003, Sebastian’s decade and a half long career has seen 42 Platinum and 3 Gold certifications, sold 3 million in combined sales with a string of arena tours.
His 2013 single Battle Scars went Platinum in the US, Guy being only one of a few artists in Australian music history to achieve this. After 4 seasons on the judging panel for the hit television show, Australia’s X Factor, Guy has truly cemented himself as a household name.
The lead single from the Conscious precursor release Part 1 EP, “Set in Stone” went to #1 on Australian iTunes. 2017 saw a hugely successful run of intimate album preview shows to rave reviews. Sebastian has spent the first half of the year bunkered down in the studio putting the final touches on the fresh sounds of Conscious.
“The Conscious album has been a labour of love and to be able to translate it on a live stage is really interesting and challenging! The sounds of this album have also inspired me to explore different interpretations of previous songs, giving them a new life for 2017.” – Guy Sebastian
