‘Positivity can be learnt, and the results are life-transforming’
For the first time in more than two years, Paul McKenna is back touring the country – in person – with a new show: Positivity. In March this year, Paul will be performing transformational life change techniques for hundreds of people at a time in venues across the UK and Ireland to help them become more confident, resilient and motivated. Tickets are on sale now from MindBodySpirit.co.uk.
We currently live in a time of unprecedented challenges, uncertainty and overwhelming stress. In order to thrive, we must develop mental strength and adapt to a new way of life. This event is about discovering your own natural powerful resources for self-care, self-belief and for taking control of your life.
The word ‘Positivity’ is synonymous with optimal states of mind, resilience, good decisions, and actions that lead to successful results in life. It is not the same as traditional ‘positive thinking’ – just hoping for the best, trying to constantly tell yourself that everything is OK, no matter what the circumstances.
There is now irrefutable scientific evidence which shows that particular ways of thinking and acting produce tangible positive results in people’s ability to deal with challenges and improve their overall quality of life. The research also shows that this mind-set can be quickly learned, just like any habit.
Given our current circumstances, many people need to get control of their anxiety and fears, so they can think clearly and have space in their thinking for hope, confidence and the ability to see opportunities.
Utilizing modern psychological techniques, you will be able to find solutions to problems more easily, because when you think more creatively, you can respond to challenges in ways which may not have occurred to you, giving you the ability to adapt to any situation and an edge in today’s competitive world.
During this 90 minute live show, based on Paul’s new book ‘Positivity: Confidence, Resilience, Motivation’, he will teach audiences how to:
- Control their fears
- Have a calm and confident mind
- Develop more focus and mental strength
- Adapt to problems and challenges
- Create a compelling future
- Become powerfully motivated
- Thrive in the new world
Paul McKenna says: “After everything that people have been through for nearly two years, there has never been a greater demand for mental health support. I believe this could be my most helpful tour to date.”
