It’s not everyday you wake up, half asleep and Miss Northern Ireland (Meagan Green) calls at the door with an equally gorgeous brunette (Bex Paden) with a bucket of Magner’s cider. If Magners did mornings…. oh that’s a different drink.
Sunny weather and Cider are linked, and with this weekend being a scorcher it was a pleasant surprise to receive a bucket of cider!!
Magners was actually the first proper cider I tried (The teenager cider phase of “White Lightening was more like vinegar!), and I was smitten straight away. However, I quickly moved on to other ciders and got bold- experimenting with fruit ciders, still ciders, perries.
Noting much compares to a pint of Magners (with ice!) on a sunny day, or even drinking it straight from the bottle that’s been in a very cold fridge!
If you are not currently a cider fan, then Magners is a good place to start.
SOME OTHER MAGNERS SPECIAL BLENDED CIDERS…
Magners Specials form an intriguing new range of three blended ciders, featuring the familiar tastes of both Magners® Original cider and Magners® Pear cider blended with unexpected yet inviting flavours including: Pear and Ginger, Spiced Apple and Honey and Spiced Apple and Rhubarb.
Pear and Ginger

A perfect balance of Magners Pear cider blended with the light heat and earthiness of ginger. A lightly spiced cider which is fruity and warm and has a very refreshing taste on the palate.
Spiced Apple and Honey

Magners Original cider blended with honey and the delicate infusion of zesty orange peel and a touch of cinnamon. Spiced Apple and Honey is an elegant, smooth cider with refreshing hints of citrus.
Spiced Apple and Rhubarb

An intriguing combination of Magners Original cider blended with a light spice and the tartness of Rhubarb. These unexpected flavours combine perfectly to create a distinct, subtly sweet cider with gentle cinnamon notes.
