GIANTS COMPLETE AN UNREAL COMEBACK! 🔥

Belfast Giants 6–3 Manchester Storm

The SSE Arena was electric tonight as the Giants roared back from 3–0 down to smash SIX goals in a wild third-period blitz and take a massive win on home ice! 💙💥

FIRST PERIOD

Manchester struck first with Gary Haden pouncing on a rebound (0–1), before a powerplay goal from Nardi doubled the lead late in the period (0–2). Despite big chances from Smith, Piccinich, Goodwin and Bast, the Giants couldn’t find a way past DeRidder.

SECOND PERIOD

A scrappy middle frame saw chances at both ends, but the Storm stayed deadly, adding a third through Busby to make it 0–3. Belfast pushed back with looks from Hanson, McFadden and Whistle — but still no breakthrough.

THIRD PERIOD: THE COMEBACK OF THE SEASON 🚨

Whatever was said in the locker room… worked.

With Johnson still in the box, Kawaguchi lit the fuse just 40 seconds in (1–3).

Moments later, Scott Conway buried one after slick work from Piccinich (2–3).

Momentum swung. The Arena erupted. And then…

NICOLAS GUAY made it 3–3 with a beauty of a finish.

Game on. Game flipped. 👀🔥

Captain Goodwin fired the shot, Piccinich got the crucial tip, and for the first time all night — the Giants led (4–3).

Gravel came up huge with a monster save to keep us ahead before Jake Gaudet slammed home a rebound for 5–3.

The Storm pulled their goalie… and Patrick Grasso punished them. 6–3. Game over. Statement made. 💙💙
