A great Irish pub session draws people together through familiar songs, shared voices and an atmosphere that grows as the evening unfolds. The Shamrocks bring that feeling to the stage, combining powerful harmonies, live musicianship and the Belfast charm that has helped them reach audiences around the world.
Their 2026 tour includes a return to London’s West End at the Cambridge Theatre on Monday 19 October, followed by a Belfast homecoming at The O2 Belfast on Friday 20 November.
Formed in 2018, the group features brothers Jack and Raymond Walsh, brothers Jimmy and Nathan Johnston, and Matthew Campbell. The cross-community quintet brings together experience in West End productions and international Irish dance competitions, giving their performances a blend of musical and theatrical talent.
Audiences can expect favourites including Danny Boy, The Wild Rover and Whiskey in the Jar, alongside original songs. These much-loved classics provide the foundation for a show that gives the performers room to put their own stamp on the Irish songbook.
The group’s journey has taken them to more than 30 countries, with performances at the Sydney Opera House and a sold-out appearance at London’s Adelphi Theatre. Their official website now reports more than 350 million online video views, showing how far their music has travelled beyond the concert hall.
Television has helped introduce them to wider audiences too. Their Belfast St Patrick’s Day concert featured in the BBC’s coverage and earned two regional Emmy Awards through its American broadcast. In 2025, they also performed on the Today Show from New York’s Times Square.
For Belfast fans, November’s homecoming offers the chance to see a group with strong local roots return after sharing their music internationally. With lively singalong favourites, soulful ballads and soaring harmonies, it promises an evening celebrating the songs that bring people together.
