UK research released at the start of 2018 showed how the demand for flexible workspace saw record growth in 2017, with take-up of flexible workspace in the UK’s largest regional cities increasing from 2% to 7.5% in just one year*.

Clockwise at River House on Belfast’s High Street is the newest co-working space to open in Belfast and is the only Grade A serviced space in Cathedral Quarter, following a multimillion-pound investment in the building and its facilities.

Rachael Pittaway of Castleforge Partners said, “River House is the ideal location for Clockwise in Belfast, right on the edge of Cathedral Quarter, close to the restaurants, cafés and bars in the city’s most vibrant area.  This is only the second of our co-working spaces, with Glasgow opening last year, Liverpool opening in January 2019 and more to come.
“The potential for co-working is enormous and there are so many reasons why it works; the location of Clockwise gives small companies a tremendous opportunity to locate themselves in Belfast’s commercial centre, without the associated costs of traditional offices.  The space allows companies to scale up as they grow, with offices for two, twenty or more employees and the state-of-the-art meeting rooms, on-site coffee bar, comfortable breakout areas and extensive rooftop terrace are available to all tenants as part of their package to host meetups, networking and social events and client meetings.

“Clockwise also creates opportunities for collaborative working, with tenants, in particular from the creative and tech sectors, already successfully working on projects together.”

Clockwise tenant Andrew Logan from FLOWWW Digital explains why it works for him. “The location is the ideal mix; central and convenient and that’s what initially attracted me. It has definitely made approaching larger businesses easier, as they are more confident about working with a marketing agency based in the city centre.  Clockwise networking events and meeting other tenants has also given me the opportunity to bring in additional staff on a freelance basis and we’ve also worked with other tenants on their marketing! The ease and flexibility of working here ticks all the boxes and gives us the freedom to focus purely on our business, while the Clockwise team remove the distractions associated with the running of a busy office.”

Clockwise at River House will officially launch on November 22nd.  To arrange a show round with one of the team, call 07714 518511 or emailRachel.mcadam@workclockwise.co.uk
