Journalists from around the world have been spending time in Belfast this week, enjoying Belfast Music Week. Invited here by Tourism Ireland, the journalists have travelled here from the US, Germany, Italy, Denmark and India.

As well as enjoying a variety of musical events, the group got a chance to explore Belfast, with a visit to St George’s Market and a guided ‘Oh Yeah’ music tour of the city. Their itinerary was designed by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board.
Niall Gibbons, chief executive of Tourism Ireland, said: “Belfast Music Week, now in its fourth year, is a great way to showcase the vibrant music scene of Northern Ireland to international media, with so many fantastic events taking place throughout the city this week.
