Victoria Square officially kick started the Christmas countdown this week with the arrival of Father Christmas, who literally dropped in as he abseiled from the dome, to turn on the magical Christmas lights. His faithful reindeer was amongst the attractions on the night which included a preview from the Hatch theatre production, a life sized snow globe and performances from the Salvation Army band. Michelle Jackson, Centre Manager at Victoria Square said, “With only 40 days until Christmas, now is the time to start shopping and there’s no better place than Victoria Square which has something for the whole family under one roof – the place to shop, dine or watch a film this Christmas
