Canvas Gallery Stranmillis in partnership with HNH Group is playing host to a charity art exhibition, supporting Pretty ‘n’ Pink Breast Cancer Charity.

The exhibition showcases works from a number of talented Northern Irish artists, from Wednesday 10th June through to Saturday 13th June 2015.

Participating artists include Brian Ballard, whose contemporary approach to painting alternates between figurative treatment of nudes, landscape and expressionistic still life. His work can be found in many collections including those of Irish Rock Legends U2.

Alongside Brian is Kathryn Callaghan known for her wildlife images; she uses a honey like mix of ink and gel, literally pouring her creativity from mid-air freestyle onto the image surface.

Una O’Grady is another artist showcasing freshness and humour through her paintings of Belfast, alongside fellow artist Hugh Clawson whose passion for a bygone era of his native Belfast capture a moment in history that is totally unique and highly collectable.

With over 10 inspiring local artists with an international reputation getting involved this exhibition is set to be a good one!
