Acclaimed Belfast artist Aly Harte is exhibiting in Enniskillen for the first time with four of her works being shown at the Hambly and Hambly annual winter exhibition until 25 January.
Aly said: “It’s an honour for me to be asked to show my works at such an idyllic and unique gallery. I’m excited to be able to give the people of Fermanagh a taste of my art and to be exhibiting in Enniskillen for the first time.”
Works being exhibited include Aly’s pheasant, ‘She Flies’ dancer, a beach scene and hydrangea.
Awarded a first class honours degree and a distinction in her Masters in Fine Art, Aly is passionate about placing importance on everyday moments, objects and places in her oil paintings and pastel work.
As a creative entrepreneur, Aly helps women to know and to love themselves from their brain to their bones. She believes she is on a journey of self acceptance and invites women to join her on that journey via her blog and social media channels.In her 15 year career, Aly has exhibited her work across Northern Ireland and in celebration of International Women’s Day 2019 she will be exhibiting a new collection of 12 Northern Ireland mothers on the theme of #BalanceforBetter at Parliament Buildings Stormont in March.
