The Warren Collection has introduced a new guest-focused wellness technology platform designed to transform the traditional hotel experience through personalised digital wellbeing support.

Developed in partnership with Belfast-based healthcare specialists Pinnacle Health NI, the new Guest Wellness App brings wellness, recovery and local lifestyle content directly into hotel rooms through a simple QR-code powered system — with no app download or specialist equipment required.

The launch marks a significant investment by The Warren Collection into guest experience technology, as hospitality businesses increasingly look for innovative ways to improve comfort, wellbeing and personalisation for modern travellers.

Accessible instantly from a guest’s smartphone, the platform offers a fully integrated digital wellness experience including personalised movement checks, guided recovery sessions, Pilates classes, bodyweight workouts, breathwork, sleep support audio and curated Belfast lifestyle guides.

One of the platform’s standout features is a personalised “Movement Check”, allowing guests to complete a quick assessment focused on stiffness, discomfort and mobility after travel, work or long days exploring the city. Guests are then provided with tailored recovery recommendations and guided movement sessions based on their responses.

The app also introduces a personalised “Reset” feature, allowing guests to enter travel information such as where they have flown from and the length of their stay in order to receive tailored recovery suggestions designed to help prepare them for the journey home.

The app also features research-led wellness articles covering topics such as sleep optimisation, travel recovery, posture, longevity, desk-related stiffness and the growing scientific evidence behind Pilates and mindful movement.

Alongside the health and wellbeing tools, guests can also access curated Belfast guides highlighting restaurants, cocktail bars, local attractions and experiences — helping visitors discover more of the city during their stay.

The Warren Collection says the technology has been designed to meet the growing demand for more personalised and wellness-focused hospitality experiences while also modernising the in-room guest journey.

By integrating healthcare-informed wellness content directly into the accommodation experience, the company believes the platform creates additional value for both business and leisure travellers.

Mark Docherty from The Warren Collection said:

“The Guest Wellness App is about enhancing the overall guest experience and recognising how much modern travellers now value wellbeing while away from home.

We wanted to create something that was accessible, simple to use and genuinely beneficial for our guests — whether they are travelling for work, leisure or an extended stay in Belfast.

Through our partnership with Pinnacle Health NI, we’ve been able to introduce innovative wellness technology that helps transform every room into a personalised wellness space.”

Designed by Pinnacle Health NI, the platform combines healthcare expertise with hospitality innovation, creating what both companies describe as a more holistic and supportive hotel stay experience.

The launch reflects a wider shift within the hospitality industry towards technology-led guest personalisation, with hotels increasingly investing in digital platforms that go beyond traditional accommodation services.
