The Dumpling library – a unique new Asian adventure, offering a variety of exquisite small dishes, influenced by traditional Chinese, Korean and Japanese flavours… the latest venture by Eddie Fung, developed alongside his Executive Chef Kit Chu
We were running out of superlatives last night as we couldn’t have been more impressed with @dumplinglibrary.belfast (it’s opening this weekend, you’re in for a treat when you visit!).
Eddie and the team have done a fantastic job with the restaurant space itself, from the bespoke mural, to the wall and ceiling greenery and lights.
We were very glad we skipped making decisions from the menu and instead indulged a range of recommended dishes, which of course included their signature rainbow dumplings (sooo good!).
I’ve always loved mezes, tapas and chichetti, and their small plates are another fab option for food sharing (and avoiding food envy as you get to try everything!).
As you can see from the pics, we also enjoyed working our way through the cocktail menu, all as tasty as you’d expect from the team behind Zen (the Pear Tree was a personal favourite 🍹).
