If you go down to the woods today …. Charlotte (4) and Faith Baxter (2) look forward to taking their teddy bears for a picnic on Saturday 3rd August at the People’s Park where Craigavon Borough Council will host a special family fun day as part of its series of free Portadown 400 events. Children of all ages can come along to the Teddy Bears Picnic and take part in workshops on how to make their own Teddy masks or test their balloon modelling skills with the help of experts. The event which takes place from 1-4pm will include entertainment from a kid’s magician and any poorly teddy bears can be looked after by the Clown Doctors who will be on hand to admit them into the Teddy Bear Hospital for sick teddies.
