Thanks to the popularity of its existing Six by Nico estate and the ongoing demand from the Glasgow community, chef Nico Simeone also announced today that his team is to open his fifth restaurant, Six by Nico Southside.
The new Glasgow Southside restaurant will offer the popular brand a second location in Scotland’s largest city.
Consumer demand increases by the week for the Glasgow restaurant with a staggering six thousand customer bookings snapped up every month for the Finnieston restaurant site. Six by Nico Glasgow currently operates on 98% capacity throughout the week (Tuesday – Thursday) and availability on the weekend is at full capacity until early 2020.
