“The announcement today finally shows some light at the end of the tunnel, after a demoralising year for the hospitality sector. We have waited a long time for some easing of restrictions and we have spent that time introducing stringent measures to ensure we can open safely to the public.
“While we may not be back at full capacity, we’re moving in the right direction and we respect the need to reopen the economy one step at a time. As we prepare our outdoor seating, finalise menus and bring our teams back, we look forward to welcoming customers and guests to Shed Bistro again.”
