ROBBIE WILLIAMS BECAME the first meme of the new year when he was caught putting sanitiser on his hands after joining hands with some of his audience.
The singer played a New Years gig broadcast on BBC called Robbie Rocks Big Ben Live on New Year’s Eve.
At one point, he went into the crowd to join hands during Auld Lange Syne, but immediately took out his anti-bacterial gel when he returned to the stage.
Well, Robbie himself took to Instagram to issue a response once he realised the incident was all over the internet.
His wife Ayda Field Williams posted a video that shows Robbie keeps the sanitiser close even when touching his own family
