Belfast’s Grand Opera House was alive with energy this week as Peter Corry and his dazzling cast brought Thank You For The Musicals back to the stage – and what a night it was!
This heartwarming, inspiring, and truly beautiful show put a smile on every face in the audience. From the moment the curtain rose, it was clear this was going to be something special.
Peter Corry was outstanding, his commanding presence and incredible vocals proving why he remains one of the finest musical theatre performers around. But this wasn’t a one-man show – the supporting cast was equally dazzling, complimenting Peter and each other perfectly, creating harmonies and moments that sent shivers down the spine.
The song selection was pitch-perfect, featuring iconic numbers like Alexander Hamilton, Defying Gravity, Anne Boleynfrom Six, and, of course, the soaring hits from Les Misérables. Each performance was delivered with passion and precision, reminding everyone why these songs have stood the test of time.
What made the night even more special was the infectious energy on stage – the entire cast looked like they were having the best fun, and that enthusiasm spilled over into the audience.
