‘Quirky Weddings X Galgorm Wedding Planning Social’ Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

To enter the prize draw, you must:

• Purchase a ticket for the ‘Quirky Weddings X Galgorm Wedding Planning Social’ taking place on Sunday, 27th April 2025.
• The name of the person purchasing the ticket will be entered into the draw, regardless of who the ticket is for.
• Each individual can be entered up to a maximum of four times (i.e. a maximum of four ticket purchases per person).
• Employees, affiliates, immediate family members, and anyone directly associated with Quirky Weddings or WedPlnr are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

• Simply purchase a ticket for the ‘Quirky Weddings X Galgorm Wedding Planning Social’.
• No additional steps are required. Each ticket purchased equals one entry.

3. The Prize

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The prize is:
🏡 An Overnight Stay for Two in a Cottage Suite at Galgorm, including:

• Access to the Thermal Spa Village
• Complimentary Mini Bar
• Full Irish Breakfast the following morning

Prize details:

• Valid Sunday to Thursday, subject to availability
• Based on two guests sharing
• Excludes Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and Valentine’s Day
• Standard Galgorm booking terms and conditions apply

4. Winner Announcement

• The winner will be announced at the event on Sunday, 27th April 2025, at approximately 5pm.
• If the winner is present, they will be notified in person. If not, they will be contacted by email within 48 hours of the event.
• The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in the prize being forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.

5. General Terms

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
• The competition is subject to availability and Galgorm’s booking policies.
• Quirky Weddings reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
