ICC Belfast have recently signed up as a JAM Card Partner to increase its diversity and inclusion strategy.
Through their JAM Card partnership employees will complete training to recognise when customers with hidden disabilities or communication barriers need ‘Just A Minute’ of patience and extra time. Over 80% of their team members have completed their JAM card training
