Northern Ireland’s Chief Constable Matt Baggott has described the rioting in Belfast which injured 32 police officers and MP Nigel Dodds as “shameful and disgraceful”. The hashtag #MyBelfast has been promoting positive images and messages about normal life in Belfast and represents the vast majority.
