Ahead of one of the biggest reunion tours in history, Lidl Northern Ireland is making sure all your dreams are made with the release of an equally iconic, limited-edition ‘Lidl by Lidl’ jacket, inspired by Oasis. On sale just in time for the reunion tour kicking off this weekend, which includes two sold out gigs at Croke Park in Dublin on 16 & 17 August, it offers fans the ultimate rock n roll star look to wear to the gigs for a cool £30.

The retailer is finally giving social media the Lidl by Lidl jacket it demanded in response to Liam Gallagher’s Berghaus campaign last year which saw the frontman model a jacket similar to Lidl’s brand colours, as fans set the internet alight by asking if it was a “collaboration with Lidl?” and others commenting “Lidl by Lidl!”.

Now, fans can get their hands on the ultimate live music experience jacket, complete with two built-in drink cooling pockets to stop tins getting warm – especially fitting for Lidl Northern Ireland’s Perlenbacher Pilsner (£1.89, 400ml). And it doesn’t stop there – as the zipper doubles as a bottle opener, too.
