HAT-TRICK FOR VICTORIA SQUARE

Belfast’s premier shopping centre, Victoria Square has secured itself two more top awards at a prestigious awards ceremony in London, just weeks after being awarded a Purple Apple Merit Award.

The only shopping centre in Ireland recognised at the event, this time Victoria Square’s outstanding management team were awarded for their professionalism and expertise, with Michelle Greeves, Centre Manager, winning All Ireland Manager of the Year and Lauren Campbell, Marketing Manager, crowned as the overall Marketing Manager of the Year – Lauren was chosen among Marketing Managers from across the whole of the United Kingdom.

The Sceptre Awards, held in The Dorchester in central London, recognise the best practice and the best people in the shopping centre industry across the United Kingdom, putting the spotlight on management teams, retailers and suppliers that demonstrate excellence.

Commenting on both award wins Michelle Greeves, Centre Manager, said, “It has been a fantastic few months for Victoria Square in terms of awards and team achievements. We are delighted to bring two more prestigious awards home to Belfast. Winning All Ireland Manager of the Year was a great personal achievement and winning Marketing Manager of the year gives me great pride, however it is a truer reflection of the amazing team effort in Victoria Square.  The entire 2,500 strong team at Victoria Square continually strive to deliver a world class experience for all of our customers and winning awards is recognition that Victoria Square competes at a national level.”
