The news comes after Pearce’s recent announcement that she will release her highly anticipated fourth studio album hummingbird on June 14 via Big Machine Records (pre-order the album HERE). The album will feature the newly released title track, “hummingbird,” as well as the GRAMMY®-nominated, GOLD-certified single “we don’t fight anymore” featuring Chris Stapleton. Praise for “hummingbird” includes:
“…heartfelt…” – The New York Times
“With Pearce’s sage voice and elegant twang front and center, this track manages to feel simultaneously classic and contemporary.” – Billboard
“A solid, traditional country song [that] works toward creating the lore of the entire album, crafting the world that hummingbird, and Carly Pearce, have been living in.” – American Songwriter
“…Swooning title track…” – Rolling Stone
“…‘hummingbird’ sits well within Pearce’s traditional country leaning wheelhouse, setting the tone for the highly anticipated new project.” – Country Now
Pearce is currently on the road performing at Country 2 Country Festival in the United Kingdom, and starting March 14 she will join Tim McGraw as direct support on all dates of his 2024 arena Standing Room Only Tour. For all tour dates and details, visit CarlyPearce.com.
