Grab a sparring partner and pop down to City Hall this Friday (12-2pm) for a knockout event hosted by Lord Mayor Nichola Mallon!
The lunchtime boxing event offers the chance for people of all ages to find out a bit more about the sport, and pick up hints and tips from our outreach boxing coaches as well as local club reps.
