Radio stars join forces with Translink for Bus + Train Week 2017

Frank Mitchell and Rebecca Mc Kinney, self-confessed ‘car addicts’ are going car free and getting on-board Bus + Train Week which runs from 5 to 11 June 2017. The popular broadcasters will release their video diaries in the run-up to the week-long event which aims to encourage everyone in Northern Ireland to give public transport a go.

At the launch, Rebecca Mc Kinney, Stylist and Cool FM radio presenter said:

“My life is a juggling act at the best of times. From presenting to blogging and styling – it really is all go! I regularly visit shops in towns and cities across Northern Ireland to eye up the latest trends or hit the road to Dublin for fashion events – but I’m always complaining about expensive parking and how much valuable time I lose behind the wheel. I’m really excited to see what more I can achieve in my day by leaving the car at home, and I’m looking forward to getting some fashion inspiration from fellow passengers too.’
