The Fitzwilliam Hotel has created a one-off event that is set to tantalise the tastebuds of discerning food and wine lovers across Northern Ireland.
The ‘All a-Bordeax Wine Dinner’ is happening on the 14th of March at 7pm, explained Cian Landers, General Manager, Fitzwilliam Hotel.
“The menu for this event is truly magnifique! Each carefully curated course will be paired with a French wine that will help to further enhance the delicious flavours contained in each dish. Every mouthful will be a symphony of pure joy and there are still some limited spaces available.”
The menu includes dishes like ‘Blue Cheese Brûlée, Wheat Wafer’, and ‘Duck in Orange, Pulled Duck Leg Bon Bon, Layered Potato Terrine, Kale’ plus ‘Twice Baked Chocolate Souffle, Pistachio Ice Cream’.
