Exclusive Rio Brazil fashion event at Margot with UK designer

Independent Belfast retailer Rio Brazil Belfast is set to mark its 50th anniversary with an exclusive new fashion and hospitality event in collaboration with Margot this September.

Styled at Margot – Where Fashion Meets Hospitality will take place on Sunday 6th September 2026, bringing together contemporary menswear and womenswear, luxury hospitality and live fashion experiences in one of Belfast’s most popular venues.

The event will feature acclaimed British designer Oliver Spencer as special guest, with attendees given the opportunity to hear directly from the internationally recognised designer during an intimate live Q&A session hosted throughout the afternoon.

Guests will also enjoy a live runway presentation of Rio Brazil’s Autumn/Winter 2026 collections, alongside Margot’s signature afternoon tea experience, arrival cocktails and a number of exclusive guest surprises.

The collaboration between Rio Brazil and Margot has been designed to celebrate fashion, creativity and hospitality while marking a major milestone year for the Belfast boutique, which has spent five decades championing premium menswear, womenswear and contemporary international brands.

Steven Simpson, Owner and Buyer at Rio Brazil Belfast, said:

“Celebrating 50 years of Rio Brazil is an incredibly proud moment for us. The boutique has always been about discovering exceptional brands and bringing something different to Belfast. This event at Margot allows us to celebrate that journey with our customers and friends while showcasing exciting Autumn/Winter 2026 collections. Having Oliver Spencer join us makes the occasion even more special.”

Mark Beirne, Director, Clover Group, added:

“Margot was created to deliver memorable experiences that combine style, atmosphere and hospitality, so partnering with Rio Brazil for its special anniversary event is a natural fit. Welcoming Oliver Spencer to Belfast and bringing together fashion and hospitality in this way promises to create a truly unique afternoon for guests.”
