Down Royal Racecourse has hosted some of the world’s most legendary jockeys and horses through the years, and the racecourse experienced another great moment this month when North Down’s most famous son, Mike McGoldrick, brought his wild antics to the May Day race meeting.
McGoldrick was spotted meeting fans, flirting with rumoured love interest Pamela Ballantine, sampling the delights of racing hospitality and sticking afew quid on a ‘long shot’ during the big event.
