Biafoodrebel — a new online lunch delivery service specialising in small scale, local and organic ingredients — will be doing a cooking demo at Le Creuset shop in Belfast Saturday 28 May at 1pm.
Brian Donnelly, co-founder and executive chef at Bia Rebel, which launched in April, said “Le Creuset is THE brand for serious home cooks and professional chefs alike. The quality of their products is known the world over and is second to none.”
“I’m excited to test out their products to cook up some premium Northern Irish beef.”
The demo will focus on cooking the best steak, using Le Creuset’s sauteé pan and skillet. Chef Brian will be using moiled beef, Ulster’s only native cattle breed. He will also be making a Brazilian black bean and mango salad and giving out samples of Bia Rebel soups.
