Now one of the ‘secret ingredients’ of the Coca-Cola production process, James Jackson joined Coca-Cola HBC, a leading bottler and a proud partner of The Coca‑Cola Company, as an Electrical Engineer apprentice in 2018. Enabling new and existing employees to combining part-time academics with on-the-job training, this programme is just one of the many initiatives run by Coca-Cola HBC to cultivate the potential growth and development of its people.
