Since opening in late 2011 The Goats Toe has been an integral part of Bangor’s music scene playing host to great established and up and coming bands.
2012 saw us host the Open House Festival for five unforgettable weeks in August. Each Friday saw the best of local and national talent take to our stage. Kowalski, Farriers, Sons of Caliber and Emerald Armada all played fantastic sets.
This relationship with the Open House Festival continued into 2013 when we were asked to sponsor the inaugural 2013 Open House Bangor Festival.
As well as sponsoring the Festival we also hosted fantastic gigs from David C Clements, John Murry, Lord Huron, a Terry Bradley exhibition whilst still finding the time to host Little Matadors 1st ever gig.
Our plans for the future are to continue hosting the best of local and national talent. Kaz fits perfectly with our aspirations for the venue and we can’t wait to work with her.
