UTV Life’s Friday show with Corrie Stars

Pamela Ballantine’s next UTV Life show promises to be a real hit with soap lovers with reporter Rita Fitzgerald bringing an exclusive report from Manchester where she met several of the stars of Coronation Street.

Rita was the only Northern Irish reporter at the special event in Manchester where she got to interview father and daughter duo, Pat and Nicola Phelan, played by Connor McIntyre and Nicola Thorp.  She also chatted to characters Gary (Mikey North), Eileen (Sue Cleaver), Michelle, played by Kym Marsh, David Platt played by Jack P Shepherd, and Shona (Julia Golding). The cast revealed details of the current developing story line including the dramatic exit of the Street’s biggest villain, Phelan.

Back in the studio, Pamela will get the latest from Catherine Cook and her daughter Julie-Ann Coll, two local ladies from the North West who were guests at the Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding.

To round the show off, Pamela will also chat to Northern Ireland born singer songwriter Ben Glover, who will perform his latest single.

You can watch Pamela’s show on UTV on Friday 25th May at 8.00pm
