Titanic Belfast is celebrating yet another award win. The globally recognised Titanic visitor attraction, which opened at the birthplace of Titanic just over a year ago, picked up the Northern Ireland Tourism Board’s award for Outstanding Contribution to Tourism in 2012. More than 800,000 visitors from 128 countries experienced Titanic Belfast’s exhibition galleries and conference and banqueting suites in the attraction’s first 12 months of operation.

Titanic Belfast CEO Tim Husbands (far left) is pictured with Titanic Belfast staff and senior management with the award he collected during the gala awards event at the Waterfront Hall this week.
