The importance of starting the day with a proper breakfast will be highlighted at @StGeorgesBT1 at the end of this month.
The Market will host the `Great Belfast Breakfast` on Friday January 25th and Saturday January 26th, as part of the national Farmhouse Breakfast Week initiative.
Over the course of the weekend, there will be special cookery demonstrations, including omelette and pancake making, promotions and offers, and an opportunity for local schoolchildren to `Meat The Butcher` and find out how award-winning sausages are made.
The weekend will also mark the official re-opening of The Tea Stand, which has now been taken over by Masterchef finalist Chris Souto and his partner Robert McColm, star of `The Hairy Bikers`.
