SUGAR RUSH CREATIVE SHORLISTED FOR TWO UK APP AWARDS

Multi award winning Sugar Rush Creative is the only Northern Ireland company shortlisted in two categories at this year’s UK App Awards.

The awards recognise excellence in apps developed in the UK and Sugar Rush Creative has been shortlisted in the ‘UK App of the Year 2019’ category for its ‘Changing Lives’ App, developed for Probation Board Northern Ireland (PBNI), and in the ‘UK App Agency of the Year – Small’ which rewards a small agency who are developing exceptional apps for their clients.

In both categories judging was robust, with a credible panel of industry experts looking for outstanding business results, client wins, client retention, innovation, great design and UX, exceptional company culture, training and development programmes together with staff retention.

Speaking about the shortlisting, Ali MacFarlane, Founder and CEO of Sugar Rush Creative, said: “To say I am bursting with pride is an understatement. I am ecstatic that our agency has been shortlisted in both of these categories which celebrate the excellent work we do and also the standard of the company that we operate.

“We have been fortunate to have been recognised in recent years in Northern Ireland for excellence in the apps that we create but to be the only company from Northern Ireland shortlisted for the UK App Awards is extra special.

“Sugar Rush Creative has a reputation for developing apps which have real business impact and substance here in Northern Ireland and throughout UK and Ireland and whilst we pride ourselves in creating and developing what we consider to be some of the best work in the industry, taking the step to enter the UK App Awards for the first time and achieving this recognition reaffirms that our agency and our work are as high a standard as anything being delivered in the UK.”

Sugar Rush Creative’s client list spans the globe and now includes clients in USA, Northern Ireland, UK and Norway. www.sugarrushcreative.com
