SONGS FOR SYRIA @BelfastEmpire Friday 11th April

More than two years of war in Syria have had a devastating impact on Syrian families, leaving more than 6 million people urgently in need of aid. The Syrian health system has effectively collapsed in many parts of the country, with water supplies cut and food in short supply. Refugees are finding camps stretched to capacity. Even some people who’ve made it to nearby countries are reported to be starving to death. The situation is desperate and heartbreaking.

Working with the ‘Disasters Emergency Committee’ of the Syrian Crisis Appeal, an organization making a real impact in Syria, we’ve assembled a group of very talented musicians like Farriers, Anthony Toner, Gareth Dunlop, Master & Dog, Seven Summits & More for a concert on Friday April 11th at The Empire Music Hall Belfast, all of us united in the common cause of helping the Syrian people. We urge you to come out, bring your friends and family, for a great night of music as well as prizes and raffles all benefiting an incredibly important cause.
