ARTHUR has been managing a successful independent retailing company since 2008 with premises in Castle Court and Fountain Street in the heart of Belfast. He has travelled extensively but his passion has always been to create a totally unique City Centre blend of restaurant and retail outlet and so City Picnic was born. It is a fascinating concept that the two men have embarked on.

GAVIN has been a top chef for 20 years, running his own highly acclaimed independent restaurant for 13 years. He was the star of the nationwide TV show ‘Kitchen Wars’ which featured Marco Pierre White. His own restaurant was consistently number 1 on Trip Advisor in the S/E of England. He has featured on Radio, TV and in the Press promoting his skills to a wide and varied audience.

He is widely travelled and has honed his culinary skills in the USA. Germany and Hungary. He brings management skills and expertise of the highest level to the partnership with Arthur.

So these two highly motivated individuals, are creating one of the most exciting and innovative ventures to come to Belfast City Centre in particular and N. Ireland in general. Their City Picnic dream will take another step forward will the procurement of a drinks licence in the very near future.
