New Season Style from Remus Uomo

Autumn/Winter 2015 Collection

Remus Uomo continues to redefine modern menswear with structure, texture and tone being the key elements of the Autumn/Winter 15 Collection.

Taking inspiration from traditional materials and techniques but updated with modern silhouettes and colour palettes, the Autumn/Winter Collection has an urban heritage profile.

The seasonal change calls for more luxurious materials so Remus Uomo has utilised tweed, shearling, leather and wool for their comfort and textural appeal. Tweed can be seen in tailored suits and separates, bringing contemporary country influence to the urban world.

The knitwear seasonal essentials have been given a more textured look with jacquard, cable and dobby finishes. Pair with sleek, simple separates to maximise the effect.

The new collection is built around the muted colour palette of the natural world showcasing greys, blues, burgundies, olives and browns. Remus Uomo’s ubiquitous blue has taken a cooler turn, moving from the bold cobalt of summer to a more steely, autumn appropriate tone.

Autumn is the season of contrasts, reflecting the unpredictability of the weather and call for versatility in both practicality and in style. Experiment this season – wear roll neck knitwear under suits, structured knitwear over fine Melton trousers and deconstruct the traditional tailored look by combing trainers with suits. Eschew the obvious outerwear choices and opt for a leather or shearling collar coat.

Considered colour combinations, subtle but unique detailing and impeccable fit – all the signature notes we have come to expect from Remus Uomo.
