“Northern Ireland is the perfect place to enjoy a gastronomic foodie adventure all year round with delicious restaurants, farmers markets, quality cookery schools and food and drink festivals that will leave taste buds wanting more. In October there will also be a week-long celebration of local food during Belfast Restaurant Week with something for everyone on the menu.

“Northern Ireland is renowned for its fresh, locally produced food and traditional dishes such as stew, boxty and of course the great Ulster fry.  These well known dishes as well as some of our popular local chefs have helped to spread the word about our superb food and drink offering,” added Pauline.
