The inaugural campaign encourages individuals to host a Pancake Party between 1-5th March, anywhere, anytime and simply collect £1 for every pancake.

To help make your Pancake Party a ‘flipping’ success, Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice has put together a fun-filled resource pack to help you organise your own event, including posters, a welcome letter, a pancake recipe sheet, and more.

Joanna Pawson, Events Manager at Northern Ireland Hospice, said: “We are thrilled to launch our 2019 Pancake Party campaign. The Pancake Party is a fun occasion where we ask the public to support us by holding pancake parties anywhere, anytime from 1-5th March. We encourage everyone to get involved”.

All funds raised from the campaign will go towards providing specialist palliative care to infants and children and young people living with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses.

If you are interested in hosting your own Pancake Party in support of Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice, please email events@nihospice.org or call 028 9077 7123 to register.
