Another dry evening blessed the most recent firmus energy Super Six Meet, the penultimate event of the 2015 series. Around 165 athletes took part in a variety of track and field contests including 100m sprint, the 1500m, long-jump, high-jump, javelin and hammer throw.

Organised by Lagan Valley Athletics Club and supported by firmus energy, the final Super Six event will take place on Thursday 20 August, beginning from 6.30pm at the Mary Peters Track in Belfast.

The firmus energy Super Six is open to people of all abilities, aged 8 and over including those who want to come out and try the sport for the very first time through to serious competitors.
