The concert, which will be one of the band’s last high profile gigs before they officially split next year, takes place on 2 August at the Titanic slipways in the city.
The gig is in aid of the Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children, one of the official charity partners of the Games.
Speaking about the event, JLS said: “As a band we have always been very vocal about our support for children and young people who find themselves in difficult circumstances which is why we are so excited to perform in Belfast as part of Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children’s charity concert.
“What makes this concert even more special is the opportunity to perform during the 2013 World Police and Fire Games – we were blown away to find out it’s the third largest multi-sport event in the world.
“We can’t wait to play to competitors from all over the world and of course, our amazing Northern Ireland fans, at such an iconic location in what will be one of our last years together as a band.
Money raised from the show will go towards a new £3m therapeutic short break centre, which the NI Cancer Fund for Children is set to open next spring.
In addition to the concert, Marvin, JB, Oritsé and Aston will make the time to meet and greet local children and young adults living with cancer at a special workshop.
Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children CEO, Gillian Creevy, said: “Our charity offers vital practical and emotional support to local children and young people living with cancer and their families.
“We are delighted to be benefitting from such a high profile concert and welcome the band’s interest in meeting and working with local children and teenagers affected by cancer.”
Local bands will also be represented at the event with Portadown band Microlip and Dublin’s Key West set to perform.
Tickets for the concert are on sale now and are priced at £19.50.
