Glastonbury declared UK’s favourite music festival by nearly 40% of Brits, according to new survey data 

• According to a new survey from Spin Genie on the nation’s favourite festival, Glastonbury is the clear favourite
• Almost 40% of British survey respondents had Glastonbury at the top of their list of UK festivals
• Reading and Leeds (11%) and Parklife (10%) rounded out the top three, while Creamfields, Truck Festival and Boardmasters also featured

Glastonbury is just days away and to herald the beginning of the biggest weekend in British music, a survey from Spin Genie has crowned the festival the nation’s favourite. 

The world’s biggest festival has unsurprisingly cruised to victory thanks to strong support from British survey respondents. The festival received 38% of the votes, more than the next three combined. Reading and Leeds (11%) and Parklife (10%) followed, not very closely, behind. 

Other favourites included Creamfields (7%), Boardmasters (4%) and Boomtown (3%), whilst Scottish favourite TRSMT rounded out the top 10.
