Remember a while ago we were asking you all to vote for our gorgeous St George’s Market in the #NLAwards? Well, we’ve only gone and won!
We are so chuffed to announce that our much-loved market has won the UK’s Best Heritage Project in the National Lottery Awards – and it’s all down to YOU!
The market received more than 4,300 public votes to secure a win in the annual awards’ heritage category, and it will receive a cash boost of £2,000 and be featured in a star-studded broadcast on BBC One next month – as well as adding the all-important #NLAwards trophy to its growing list of accolades!
