A Northern Irish PR agency specialising in UK regional communications and social media has announced the appointment of a new General Manager.
Claire Best will lead Clearbox and its 13 staff into 2021 and beyond following her appointment to the role.
Claire originally joined Clearbox in 2014 to support the agency’s Amazon work and will now head up the company, preparing it for a continuation of its unrivalled client service to brands like 3EN, Amazon, Boyzlife, Bushmills Irish Whiskey, The Sexton and Zoopla.
Claire has more than a decade of experience in marketing, CRM and community support programmes and will oversee the transition of Clearbox to a new management model following a recent change in ownership.
In her new role, Claire will evolve Clearbox’s practices and processes to ensure the company continues on a healthy growth trajectory while maintaining staff happiness and client satisfaction.
Speaking on her appointment to the role, Claire said: “I’m truly excited and honoured to be named General Manager at Clearbox, a company I love deeply. Working here for the past six years has been a huge part of my professional career and I’m humbled to be given the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the agency for many years to come.

Claire will head up the Clearbox senior management team alongside Danielle Hibbert and Victoria Keenan.
