CITB NI ANNOUNCE MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING SUPPORT FOR THE NI CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

CITB NI, the Industry Training Board for the construction industry, has announced a partnership with mental health and wellbeing charity Inspire.

The partnership will provide a range of support services for registered employers and staff throughout the Covid-19 crisis. These include a confidential telephone support helpline and a range of mental health and support webinars.

A free, confidential telephone service staffed by the Inspire specially trained support team is fully independent and available 24/7. The team can provide, if required, access to a network of accredited and highly experienced counsellors. The contact number is 0808 189 5052 or e-mail workandstudy@inspirewellbeing.org

From 8^th May – 31^st May, registered employers can sign up to a range of free online mental health and support seminars. These include:

• Managing your time effectively when working from home
• Unlock greater team resourcefulness from a distance
• Resilience and wellbeing in uncertain times
• Get the best out of your virtual team (aimed at people managers)
• Stress and anxiety
